<h2>Responsibilities</h2>

<li>Welcome and greet visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate staff member while maintaining confidentiality.</li>
<li>Address inquiries and complaints from visitors and clients in-person, via telephone, or email.</li>
<li>Answer incoming calls and correspondence, transferring them to the relevant personnel as necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and equipped with necessary supplies and refreshments for visitors.</li>
<li>File and archive documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently.</li>
<li>Record visitor and client information, following up as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing appointments and scheduling meetings, updating calendars accordingly.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support and coordinate various office activities.</li>
<li>Adhere to confidentiality and integrity policies, safeguarding information in accordance with established security protocols.</li>
<li>Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in a receptionist position.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.</li>
