Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our visitors and clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate staff member while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Address inquiries and complaints from visitors and clients in-person, via telephone, or email.
  • Answer incoming calls and correspondence, transferring them to the relevant personnel as necessary.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and equipped with necessary supplies and refreshments for visitors.
  • File and archive documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
  • Record visitor and client information, following up as needed.
  • Assist in organizing appointments and scheduling meetings, updating calendars accordingly.
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate various office activities.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and integrity policies, safeguarding information in accordance with established security protocols.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in a receptionist position.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.

Job Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Visa Status: Visa Provided
  • Salary: Less than 10,000 AED per month

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
