Senior Consultant, Process Improvement - On-site in San Fernando

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant, Process Improvement to join our team in San Fernando, MIMAROPA. This role requires a strong background in process improvement methodologies. You will work onsite to enhance operational efficiency and drive significant results. If you have experience in Lean Six Sigma and enjoy collaborating with teams, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to execute initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead high-impact DMAIC and DMADV projects to improve processes.
• Translate improvement insights into actionable roadmaps for teams.
• Define and track KPIs and control plans to measure success.
• Work with Agile Coaches to align continuous improvement efforts with Program Increments.

Requirements

• 5–8 years leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong command of statistical analysis tools like Minitab or JMP.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills for effective teamwork.
