Senior Agile Coach - Remote - San Fernando

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join our team in San Fernando, MIMAROPA. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. In this role, you will guide teams in adopting agile practices and principles. You will help improve team performance and drive organizational change. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coach delivery teams and stakeholders on agile principles and practices.
• Drive the adoption of a new agile framework across GTO teams.
• Guide teams through agile ceremonies to enhance collaboration.
• Support Product Owners with backlog prioritization and management.
• Establish and track agile KPIs to measure team maturity.
• Identify areas for improving delivery speed and quality.
• Apply Agile and Lean principles to boost team performance.
• Act as a servant leader, promoting psychological safety and accountability.

Requirements

• Hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
• Have proven experience coaching agile teams in a tech environment.
• Demonstrate success in leading large-scale organizational change.
• Possess strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Show ability to influence across teams and leadership levels.
• Maintain a pragmatic, tool-agnostic mindset focused on outcomes.
