About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Senior Executive Assistant to join our team in San Fernando, MIMAROPA. This role is onsite and offers a chance to support our Executive Director directly. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules and meetings for the Executive Director.
  • Arrange all travel phases for the Executive.
  • Prepare correspondence and updates using various technologies.

  • Track vacation schedules and manage expense activities.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
