• Manage issue resolution and change management processes.
• Drive mentoring and succession planning within the team.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Have at least ten years of relevant engineering experience.
• Demonstrate success in managing large-scale projects.
• Possess strong skills in project management methodologies.
• Show expertise in civil/structural design and mechanical systems.
• Fluency in English is required for effective communication.
