About the Role

Join our team as a Senior Trade Marketing Manager in Pasig, Philippines. This is an onsite role with a standard shift pattern of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. You will enjoy a meal break during your shift. Night shifts may be required occasionally, and a night shift differential is provided. We also offer a transport allowance to help you commute to work.

As a Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer loyalty. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in trade and retail marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of marketing strategies at a trade level.
  • Supervise local store marketing programs to drive foot traffic and loyalty.
  • Provide strategic direction for store openings to build brand awareness.
  • Oversee development of retail merchandising guidelines and packaging designs.
  • Formulate strategies for retail and consumer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management.
  • At least 7 years of experience in trade and retail marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years in people management with at least 4 direct reports.
  • Willingness to travel for fieldwork.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

    Employer must contribute to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on the employee's behalf.
