You will help deliver engaging, high-quality content across various social platforms, working closely with both the Social Media and Marketing teams to maximize reach, engagement, and brand impact.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Support the delivery of the brand’s social media strategy on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.</li><li>Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across all social channels, ensuring timely delivery aligned with campaign objectives.</li><li>Execute social-first campaigns, rolling out activities across multiple platforms in line with the overall brand strategy.</li><li>Monitor social media channels daily, engaging with the community and escalating customer queries as necessary.</li><li>Conduct social listening to identify trends, cultural moments, and audience insights that inform content creation.</li><li>Support the creation of reactive, trend-led content to capitalize on emerging opportunities.</li><li>Monitor and report on social media performance, utilizing analytics tools to highlight key learnings and optimization opportunities.</li><li>Conduct competitor and industry research to keep the team updated on platform changes and best practices.</li><li>Drive follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness through innovative content ideas.</li><li>Assist in managing user-generated content (UGC) to meet content pillars and campaign requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with Brand, PR, Creative, and Marketing teams to deliver social-first content.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand tone of voice across social channels, adhering to brand guidelines.</li><li>Support coordination of content shoots, influencer collaborations, and campaign assets.</li><li>Perform administrative tasks including content calendars, asset management, reporting, and tracking.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or content-focused roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current trends.</li><li>Creative mindset with a passion for fashion, culture, and digital content.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with social media scheduling and reporting tools, as well as platform analytics.</li><li>Basic editing skills for short-form video content, including Reels and TikTok.</li><li>A proactive self-starter eager to learn and contribute innovative ideas.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.</li><li>Enthusiastic about building engaging online communities.</li><li>Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce is a plus.</li></ul><h2>Language Requirements</h2><p>Proficiency in English is required. Requirements

Support the Outreach team by helping to manage and organise UGC content, ensuring content pillars and campaign requirements are met.
Work closely with the Brand, PR, Creative, and Marketing teams to support the creation and delivery of social-first content.
Help maintain a consistent brand tone of voice across all social channels, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.
Support the coordination of content shoots, influencer content, and campaign assets where required.
Assist with administrative tasks including content calendars, asset management, reporting, and campaign tracking.
