The successful candidate will manage our digital presence, aiming to enhance brand identity, increase visibility, and engage with our community effectively.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Social Media Management</h3><ul><li>Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.</li><li>Manage editorial calendars to ensure consistency in tone and deliver high-quality captions and stories.</li><li>Produce visually compelling content that reflects the essence of Istituto Marangoni, capturing student life, events, and projects.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and students to gather and develop content that showcases school life and key initiatives.</li><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy (both organic and paid) aligned with our brand identity and objectives.</li><li>Monitor daily social media activity and interactions to ensure timely community engagement.</li><li>Stay informed on trends in social media, fashion, design, beauty, and education to inspire creative content ideas.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics, produce reports, and identify trends to optimize social media activities.</li><li>Support monthly performance reporting with insights and recommendations based on data analysis.</li></ul><h3>Event Coordination</h3><ul><li>Assist in coordinating school events, talks, and student showcases.</li><li>Manage event logistics, including guest lists and on-site coordination.</li><li>Capture visual content and stories during events for real-time social media coverage.</li><li>Support post-event reporting and content follow-up.</li></ul><h3>Website Management</h3><ul><li>Assist in updating banners, web pages, and relevant content on the Istituto Marangoni website.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the education or creative sectors.</li><li>Strong content creation skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing social media metrics.</li></ul><h2>Benefits</h2><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment.</li><li>Visa Provided.</li><li>Professional development opportunities.</li></ul>

Degree in Marketing / Communication and qualification in social media management English proficiency (spoken and written) Office Suite proficiency; Intermediate knowledge of photo/video editing tools Interest for fashion, beauty & design area Passionate about social media, storytelling, and content marketing Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
