  • Manage Reports: Compile and prepare reports on key metrics and performance indicators within specified deadlines.
  • Virtual File Management: Update and maintain virtual files to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee various administrative tasks, including email correspondence and calendar management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Excellent transcription skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using virtual communication and collaboration tools.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Candidate must have valid UAE residency or be eligible for visa sponsorship.
