Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the organisation.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily accounting transactions and reconciliations.
Record and maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports.
Process invoices, receipts and other financial documents.
Support tax and statutory documentation and filings.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements

B.Sc./HND in Accounting or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience and be able to maintain accurate financial records.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and integrity.
