Account Officer

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Account Officer to support daily accounting operations, including bank transactions, reconciliations, expense management and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bank payments and accurately post transactions into the accounting system.
• Prepare regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Record and monitor company expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support day-to-day accounting and other finance-related activities as assigned.

Requirements

• HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field; HND in Accounting is preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience; fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication.
• Strong numerical, analytical and record-keeping skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
