Alphaa Africa Travel and Tours is a prominent, full-service travel agency based in Wuse II, Abuja, Nigeria. Known for providing end-to-end local and international travel management solutions, the agency caters to holidaymakers, business travelers, and medical tourists alike.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin / Customer Support Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Admin / Customer Support Officer to manage front-desk operations, client inquiries, and internal coordination within our travel operations.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Provide accurate travel information, booking updates, and basic advisories
Manage office documentation, records, and scheduling
Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks Requirements

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Basic computer skills (email, google suites, CRM tools)
Travel agency experience is an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
