Job Purpose

• To ensure the efficient administration of office operations and the effective management of facilities, assets, vendors, and workplace services, providing a safe, functional, and cost-efficient environment that supports business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
• Manage office assets, supplies, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and administrative logistics.
• Maintain administrative records and ensure office compliance.
• Supervise support staff and promote efficient office operations.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or any relevant discipline.

Experience

• 3–5 years of cognate experience in Admin and Facility Management
