We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Aba, Abia

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
Manage distributors, key customers, and business relationships.
Drive product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure effective territory coverage and route-to-market execution.
Track sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and processes

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years' experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a supervisory/management role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of distribution and territory management.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
