• 5 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably managing multiple milling lines.
• B.Tech or B.E. degree from a recognized institution.

• Manage daily processing activities to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Monitor team productivity and adherence to service level agreements.
• Review and validate transactions for accuracy and compliance.

• Investigate and resolve processing exceptions and issues.
• Coordinate with internal and cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare operational reports and track performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation.
