BONS Industries Limited is a reputable food processing company is looking for the service of an experienced and professional food scientist that can formulate multiple spices for our food processing company.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Details

Guiding, motivating, and supervising the sales team, providing incentives to help them meet and exceed their individual and team sales targets.
Monitoring the daily performance of the sales team, conducting regular check-ins and performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues or conflicts.
Coordinating day-to-day sales operations, including creating staff schedules and ensuring adequate floor coverage.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree/ HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
Must have 5-10 years cognitive experience in similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
Driving experience required.

Salary Range
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.

Requirements
