Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field
10 to 15 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Minimum 2 to 3 years supervisory or leadership experience in Quality Assurance
Extensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and regulatory requirements including NAFDAC and WHO
Experience handling audits and regulatory inspections

Responsibilities

Support the QA Manager in managing all Quality Assurance activities at the manufacturing site
Ensure adherence to cGMP, WHO guidelines, and NAFDAC regulatory standards
Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures, batch manufacturing, and packaging records
Monitor documentation practices across departments to maintain Good Documentation Practices
Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits including regulatory and customer audits
Manage deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions, change controls, and quality investigations
Oversee validation and qualification of processes, cleaning, and equipment
Provide training and ensure staff compliance with quality systems and SOPs
