St. Catherine’s Specialist Hospital is a leading private healthcare institution in Nigeria that operates multiple multidisciplinary facilities. Founded in June 1999 in Port Harcourt, the hospital has expanded to provide medical tourism-standard services, including an ultra-modern branch in Abuja. Both branches operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Billing Officer / Front Desk Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally.
Register patients and manage appointments.
prepare and process patient bills and receipts accurately.
Respond to phone calls. emails. and patient enquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records and billing documentation.
Perform Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of integrity, professionalism. and attention to detail.
