Business Development Assistant

Job Description

• The Business Devlopment Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions,office coordination and overall overall business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office and business operations
• Provide assistance during Presentations and Meetings at the office
• Manage and maintain accurate records and files
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, phone, mail)
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals
• Confidentially handle sensitive information
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of OND/HND/BSC in any relevant discipline
• Candidates must befemale and NOT above 28yrs of age
• Candidates must have good organizational, administrative and leadership skills
• Good record keeping and document filing skills
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Good looking and well mannered
• Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Yoruba
• Must be ready and be able to work well within a team while maintaining outstanding relationship with all team members
• Must be able to work on weekends
• Must be resident in Ibadan.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
