Description

• Tova HR Advisory is supporting a leading investment and asset management firm to hire a results-driven Business Development Officer.
• This is a hands-on opportunity for a commercially minded professional who can identify opportunities, build relationships, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across institutional, corporate, HNWI, and retail client segments.
• Generate leads, build a strong prospect pipeline, and consistently follow up on opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Secure and participate in meetings with prospective clients and business partners.
• Present and promote the firm's investment and portfolio management products.
• Support client acquisition and contribute to Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue growth.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and potential new business opportunities.
• Track business development activities, leads, conversions, and performance against targets.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experiencein business development, sales, relationship management, client acquisition, or a similar role.
• Experience infinancial services, banking, investment management, asset management, or wealth management is an advantage.
• Strong ability to prospect, generate leads, secure meetings, and follow up consistently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of financial products and investment concepts.
• Commercially minded, proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

• A track record of bringing in new clients or generating business.
• Experience getting meetings with prospective or senior clients.
• Ability to turn prospects and conversations into actual business.
• Experience working towards sales, revenue, client acquisition, or AUM targets.
• Confidence engaging institutional, corporate, HNWI, or other high-value clients.
