Summary

• We are seeking a customer-focused and articulate Call Centre Representative to handle customer enquiries, complaints, requests, and follow-ups while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to enquiries and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Meet assigned customer service and call-handling targets.
• Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or equivalent qualification.
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in call centre, customer service, telesales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy; CRM experience is an advantage.
