Charter and Sales Executive

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly driven Charter & Sales Executive to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving private jet charter sales, building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and travel partners, while ensuring a seamless end-to-end charter experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business opportunities for private jet charter services.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate organizations, travel agencies, brokers, and other strategic partners.
• Respond promptly to charter enquiries and prepare competitive charter quotations.
• Negotiate charter agreements and successfully close sales.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth flight planning and execution.
• Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after each charter to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and sales activities
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and revenue forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and aviation regulations throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, luxury services, hospitality, travel, or the aviation industry.
• Previous experience in private aviation or charter sales is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.
