Description

• The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will provide high-level operational leadership, aligning daily business functions with overall strategic goals.
• Serving directly as the Deputy CEO, this role requires a seasoned executive capable of stepping into corporate governance, driving operational efficiency, and scaling cross-departmental operations within the hospitality or telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with executive leadership to design, implement, and optimize core business operations.
• Assume full operational responsibility and act on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer when required.
• Oversee key functional units, including retail operations, leisure/recreation, food & beverage, and customer experience.
• Streamline processes to maximize profitability, service quality, and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in executive-level operational leadership (COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent).
• Direct, demonstrable background within the Hospitality or Telecommunications industry.
• Strong strategic vision, governance skills, and financial acumen.
• Experience in Experience in 4 star /5 star Hospitality industry is compulsory.
