Job Title: Commercial Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual in our company with verst experience in construction cost management, procurement, contract administration, estimating, planning, negotiating and project budgeting.

Roles / Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates and budgets.
Tender Reporting and analysis
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
Manage contractual documents and negotiations.
Monitor project progress and ensure cost control.
Collaborate with stakeholders/clients to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualification and Experience

BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, Economics or related field
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the facility management industry.
Proficiency in Cost Estimation Software, MS Oﬀice Suite and MS Project
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
