Communication Specialist

Summary

• We are seeking a strategic and creative Communication Specialist to drive our corporate communications, public relations, branding, content development, and social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication and PR strategies.
• Manage media relations, press releases, and reputation management.
• Lead social media content and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create compelling content, including articles, newsletters, success stories, website content, and thought leadership pieces.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Support communication for events, partnerships, and institutional initiatives.
• Track communication performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• 4 - 7 years of experience in Communications, PR, Branding, or Corporate Communications.
• Strong writing, storytelling, media relations, and social media management skills.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in higher education or professional services is an added advantage.
