Jobvet Services - Our client who owns a restaurant in Wuse is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Female)

Location: Wuse Zone 4, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 5 days on / 2 days off

Job Description

They are seeking a dedicated Female Customer Service Specialist.
The successful candidate will enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a positive dining experience through effective communication and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

B.Sc. Degree or HND qualification
Age 21-28
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Customer-focused attitude.
