Role Overview

• Codelabprojects Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly articulate, intelligent, and results-driven Digital Marketer / Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing and sales initiatives.
• This role requires an individual with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, who can confidently engage prospects, clients, and business stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
• The ideal candidate must speak fluent English with minimal grammatical errors, possess strong presentation and persuasion skills, think critically, and consistently generate innovative ideas that contribute to lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth.
• Candidates must be confident communicators, commercially minded, and capable of representing the company's brand with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through digital channels, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
• Generate innovative lead-generation strategies and recommend new approaches for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Confidently engage prospective clients through telephone, virtual meetings, email, and social media while communicating professionally and persuasively.
• Deliver compelling product and service presentations that effectively communicate value propositions and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Create engaging marketing content and sales messages with excellent grammar, clarity, and professionalism.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
• Monitor marketing and sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer engagement, campaign performance, and overall business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM or other reporting tools.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing, business development, sales, or customer acquisition.
• Excellent spoken and written English with outstanding grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills is mandatory.
• Candidates must be highly articulate, confident speakers who can communicate ideas clearly, professionally, and persuasively.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare professional emails, proposals, social media content, and marketing communications with minimal grammatical errors.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities, solve business problems, and develop creative lead-generation ideas.
• Proven experience generating and converting leads through digital marketing and sales initiatives.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, or similar solutions is an added advantage.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools is an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Important Note:

• This is a fully on-site role in Abuja.
• Only candidates residing within Lugbe, Airport Road, Galadimawa, Apo, Lokogoma, Gudu, and nearby areas will be considered.
