Job Summary

• The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by identifying prospects, generating quality leads, and converting them into customers.
• The ideal candidate is a naturally gifted salesperson with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and representing the client professionally.

Requirements

• Drive customer acquisition and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
• Generate quality leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Promote products/services while ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer documentation.
• Comply with all company policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate a proven track record as a high-performing salesperson.
• Be sales-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a smart, neat, and professional appearance.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of HND/Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Prior sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is an advantage (not compulsory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilience, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset
• Willingness to work in the field daily and travel within the assigned branch location
• Must reside within or be willing to work within the branch location applied for.

Salary
N199,000 Net monthly (Plus Additional Benefits, including HMO).
