Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the Executive Director.
• The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, oversee executive office operations, and support key business initiatives while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize executive meetings, take minutes, and track action points.
• Conduct research and prepare briefing notes and executive reports.
• Support strategic projects and monitor key deliverables.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure smooth executive office operations.
• Manage office-related budgets, logistics, and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience supporting senior executives.
• Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
