Executive Assistant

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Maintain daily schedules, balance priorities, and resolve meeting conflicts.
• Communication Gatekeeping: Screen and route phone calls, draft emails, and act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Travel & Logistics: Coordinate detailed business itineraries, flights, lodging, and ground transport.
• Document & Report Prep: Create and edit presentations, spreadsheets, meeting minutes, and financial expense reports.
• Project Coordination: Oversee special administrative projects and track team deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven administrative experience supporting upper management.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of office software like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Discretion: High level of integrity and sound judgment when handling confidential details.
• Organization: Advanced time-management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
