Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the operational backbone for our Founders.
• In this role, you will own complex calendar management, coordinate high-stakes meetings, and handle sensitive business and personal matters with absolute discretion.You will be the force multiplier that keeps the founders focused on scaling Savetown.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Time Management:Own the Founders' calendars end-to-end, strategically prioritizing meetings, focus time, and personal appointments while managing last-minute changes across time zones.
• Meeting & Communication Coordination:Prepare agendas, take comprehensive minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks between internal teams and external stakeholders (investors, partners, regulators).
• Project & Administrative Support:Handle special projects that extend beyond traditional EA responsibilities, including research, document preparation, and light personal support to enable the MDto stay focused on the business.
• Stakeholder Liaison:Facilitate prompt and clear communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, acting as a professional gatekeeper and brand ambassador.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or founders, ideally in a high-growth startup or fintech environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex, shifting priorities under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; discretion and sound judgment are non-negotiable.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack) and a willingness to leverage AI tools for automation and efficiency.
• A self-starter mindset—you anticipate needs before they arise and thrive in ambiguity.
