Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly professional and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to our Managing Director.
• This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates discretion, and ensures the MD’s time is focused on high-level priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings
• Handle confidential communications with professionalism and discretion
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
• Track deliverables and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives
• Provide executive-level administrative and strategic support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• 3–5 years’ experience supporting senior executives
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital productivity tools
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
