J3 is an FMCG distributor. We have been in existence over 8 years. J3 has branches in several locations; Lagos, Ibadan, Ogun, Ondo, and Osun state.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Customer Service Officer

Location: Iyana Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Reaching out to customers
Solving customers challenges
Escalating customers issue
Attending to bulk orders
Refering online customers to outlets or branches concerend
Managing sitiations
Supporting sales and customers satisfactory.

Salary
N120,000 / Month.
