Role Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Real Estate Customer Support Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and smooth communication throughout the property buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound client calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Provide information on available properties, site visits, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client database and follow-ups.
• Liaise between clients, sales, and operations teams.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc in any related field.
• Must have 1-2 years experience in Real Estate OR Banking.
• Experience in both Real Estate and Banking/Financial Marketing is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Must be resident in or around Lekki-Ajah.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
