Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced, highly motivated, and target-driven Direct Sales Specialists to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, promoting and selling the organization's products and services, building strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.
• The ideal candidate must have proven experience in direct sales, field sales, customer acquisition, or business development and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through direct and field sales activities.
• Promote and sell the organization's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for achieving assigned sales targets.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, roadshows, and other approved sales channels.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
• Follow up on prospects and convert qualified leads into active customers.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and onboarding process.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage retention.
• Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Provide useful market intelligence to support sales strategy and business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Keep the line manager updated on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all customer documentation and onboarding requirements are complete and accurate.
• Comply with organizational policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information.
• Ensure all sales activities are conducted professionally and ethically.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in direct sales, field sales, customer acquisition, or business development.
• Experience in banking, financial services, telecommunications, FMCG, insurance, or a similar target-driven industry is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer onboarding and relationship management is desirable.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
