Export Sales Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive international sales growth, develop new export markets, and manage relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities.
• Manage relationships with existing international customers and distributors.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close export sales deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
• Ensure export documentation and transactions comply with relevant regulations and company procedures.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in export sales or international business development.
• Proven track record in developing international markets and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of export processes, international shipping, and trade documentation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Salary
N700,000 - N1,000,000 per month.
