About the Role

• The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, presenting property opportunities, following up with leads and supporting the company in achieving its sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with prospective clients
• Present real estate products and investment opportunities to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Respond professionally to client enquiries
• Conduct lead follow-ups and maintain accurate records
• Support property marketing and promotional activities
• Work toward agreed sales targets.

Requirements

• Not more than 25 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and professional personality
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Smart and presentable appearance
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospective clients
• Strong interest in real estate and sales
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage but not essential where the candidate demonstrates strong sales potential.
