Summary

• The Field Sales Agent is responsible for driving sales and customer acquisition through direct engagement with healthcare facilities within an assigned territory.
• The role involves regular field visits, lead generation, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities to generate sales.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote the Company's products and services and respond to customer needs.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and customer requests.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Record field visits, leads, and sales activities on the Company's designated platform.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Line Manager.
• Monitor market and competitor activities and share relevant insights.
• Support customer payment follow-up where required.
• Work with Operations and other teams to ensure smooth customer service and order fulfilment.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
• 1-3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
• Experience in healthcare sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working extensively in the field.
• Ability to use smartphones and digital tools for sales reporting.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
