Join Moniepoint Incorporated as a Financial Planning Analyst supporting the Group's forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities remotely across Nigeria. In this role, you will oversee the monthly consolidation model for the Group, ensuring actuals align with forecasts and highlighting variances. You will also provide forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting support to subsidiaries lacking dedicated FP&A teams. Preparing detailed Board and management reporting packages on a regular schedule, supporting the annual budgeting process, analyzing variances, and maintaining KPIs and unit economics across entities will be key responsibilities.

Additionally, you will respond to ad hoc analysis requests from senior finance leaders. Successful candidates bring 4 to 6 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, advanced financial modeling skills in Excel, and experience managing multi-entity or multi-currency financial data. Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are required. Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated sectors and comfort working independently with subsidiary teams are highly valued. This position is full-time and remote, allowing work from anywhere within Nigeria. Requirements

Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
Experience working with multi-entity and multi-currency financial data
Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent analytical background

Responsibilities

Maintain and update monthly Group consolidation model, reconciling actuals to forecasts
Provide forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting support to subsidiaries without FP&A staff
Prepare Board and management reporting packs on fixed monthly and quarterly schedules
Support annual budget process including templates, data collection, consolidation, and commentary
Conduct variance analysis against budgets and prior forecasts, drafting explanatory narratives
Maintain KPI and unit-economics tracking for entities within scope
Respond to ad hoc analysis requests from CFO, Head of Group FP&A, or subsidiary leaders
