We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Mon – Sat | One Weekday Off

Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Assist customers and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
Keep the front desk and customer area neat and organized.
Support general administrative and customer service duties.

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE; OND/NCE is an added advantage.
Previous front desk, customer service, or retail experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be punctual, organized, and presentable.
Candidates residing in Gbagada and its environs will be given priority.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
