We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Akala, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Visitor Management: Greet and welcome guests, verify appointments, issue visitor badges, and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
• Communications: Handle every communication regarding inquiries
• Administrative Support: Handle data entry, sort mail and deliveries, and maintain files and logs.
• Reception Maintenance: Keep the front desk area neat, orderly, and well-stocked with necessary office supplies.
• Security & Compliance: Monitor visitor access and enforce company safety and security protocols.
• Show visitors their way around the park.

Requirement

• BSc/HND
• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N80,000 / month.
