Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers, visitors, and business associates professionally.
• Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls and enquiries.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding the company’s products and services.
• Receive and manage correspondence, documents, and deliveries.
• Record and maintain accurate visitor and customer information.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
• Assist with administrative duties, filing, data entry, and documentation.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure customers receive prompt assistance.
• Provide information about the company’s water products, services, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Administration, Office Technology Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in front desk, customer service, reception, or administrative work is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
