Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Officer to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to our office.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Maintain effective front-desk coverage and professional service;
• Ensure accurate visitor and front-office records;
• Route calls and enquiries promptly; Maintain confidentiality of company and client information;
• Ensure compliance with visitor management, HSE and security procedures;
• Prevent unsupervised contractor access; and
• Monitor office supplies and raise replenishment requests promptly.

Requirements
Qualification and Experience:

• OND/HND or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years' experience in front desk, customer service or administrative roles.
