Job Description

Nkemfo Limited is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
The successful candidate will manage reception activities, handle calls and inquiries, maintain records, and provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner.
Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls and messages.
Respond to basic inquiries from clients and visitors.
Manage the reception area and ensure it remains neat and organized.
Schedule appointments and assist with meeting arrangements.
Maintain visitor and office records.
Monitor office supplies and report shortages when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc. in any field
Applicants must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants should be computer literate.
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is an advantage.
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Must be punctual, reliable, and professional.

N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
