Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional, proactive, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and prospective clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Attend to parents, students, visitors, and prospective clients professionally.
• Handle enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other official channels.
• Provide information about Techyta’s courses, curriculum, schedules, fees, registration, and learning process.
• Explain the programmes for Basic 1–6, JSS 1–3, and SS 1–3.
• Manage student registration and support onboarding.
• Follow up with prospective parents and students.
• Maintain accurate student and enquiry records.
• Receive and escalate enquiries or concerns to the appropriate team.
• Support daily front-desk and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Administration, Office Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years’ experience in reception, customer service, administration, admissions, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and digital communication platforms.
• Proactive, organised, professional, and customer-focused.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
• Basic knowledge or interest in technology and digital learning is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
