Role Overview

• As a Full Stack Engineer at our bank, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize both frontend and backend systems using React and NestJS as the primary frameworks.
• You will also ensure the quality, performance, and security of our web solutions, as well as troubleshoot and support production issues.

Role Description

• Implement frontend user interfaces using ReactJS and other web technologies.
• Ensure responsiveness, usability, and accessibility across different devices and browsers.
• Implement backend services, APIs, and data integration layers using NestJS as the primary framework.
• Ensure efficiency, reliability, and adherence to industry standards.
• Handle data validation, error handling, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define scalable and secure system architecture that aligns with the bank’s requirements and industry best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications that provide banking services to customers and internal users.
• ∙Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient queries, and implement database access layers for seamless data storage and retrieval.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct unit tests and contribute to automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and robustness.
• Implement security measures and adhere to industry standards and best practices for data protection, authentication, and authorization.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve production issues related to backend services and web applications.
• Provide timely support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve critical incidents.
• Document system designs, APIs, user interfaces, and implementation details.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing platforms and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and foster a collaborative development environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role, preferably within the banking or financial industry.
• Strong proficiency in front-end development using ReactJS and other web technologies. Knowledge of Angular is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in backend development using NestJS. Knowledge of Laravel is a plus.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and knowledge of related libraries and frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases. Knowledge of MySQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and debug complex web issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross- functional teams.
