• Minimum of 8 years post-call experience in a senior legal role within the financial services sector.
• Experience working with financial holding companies and their subsidiaries.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, corporate governance, and legal compliance.
• Proven ability to provide strategic legal counsel to senior executives.

• Draft, review, and interpret legal documents including contracts and service agreements.
• Provide timely legal advice to business units and senior leadership on operational and strategic matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions on commercial and regulatory issues.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations across the Group.
• Support regulatory filings, license renewals, and correspondence with regulators.
• Assist in implementing compliance frameworks and managing litigation cases.
• Maintain litigation trackers and liaise with external counsel.
• Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
