• As Head of Logistics, you'll lead the strategy, performance and transformation of a nationwide logistics network that powers the delivery of our products to millions of consumers across Nigeria.
• This role sits at the heart of our Supply Chain operation, bringing together customer service, transportation, warehousing and distribution to create a seamless experience for customers and partners.
• You'll play a critical role in enabling business growth, improving service levels and driving cost efficiency, while leading a team that delivers results across a complex and fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shape and deliver the logistics strategy that strengthens service performance, improves efficiency and supports the company's growth ambitions.
• Create outstanding customer experiences by ensuring products are available, orders are fulfilled effectively and service commitments are consistently met.
• Lead a high-performing logistics operation across transportation, warehousing and distribution, driving safe, reliable and cost-effective product movement nationwide.
• Build strong partnerships with logistics providers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve performance and unlock continuous improvement opportunities.
• Optimise inventory flows and distribution networks to balance cost, service and operational resilience.
• Develop and inspire a team of logistics professionals, creating an environment where people can grow, perform and deliver their best work.

What You’ll Bring

• A Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Pure Sciences, Economics or a related discipline, with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience across logistics, warehousing, transportation and supply chain operations.
• A proven track record of improving service, optimising costs and delivering operational excellence.
• Experience leading large, multi-site logistics operations and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics strategy, inventory management, transportation management and supply chain optimisation.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS or TMS platforms, such as SAP.
• Professional supply chain or logistics certifications and postgraduate qualifications would be advantageous.
