Job Summary

• We are seeking energetic and target-driven HBB Direct Sales Executives (DSEs) to drive the sales and acquisition of Home Broadband/Internet services across Sagamu, Mowe, Ota, and Abeokuta.
• The successful candidates will identify potential customers, promote broadband solutions, generate leads, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Home Broadband and internet services to prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new customer leads within assigned locations.
• Conduct door-to-door, field, residential, and business-to-business sales activities.
• Explain broadband packages, pricing, benefits, and installation processes to customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active subscribers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and customer acquisition activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in telecom, broadband, internet, FMCG, or field sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the assigned location and surrounding areas.
• Must be proactive, persuasive, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work effectively in a field-sales environment.

Preferred Candidate:
The ideal candidate should:

• Be comfortable with outdoor/field sales.
• Have a strong passion for sales and business development.
• Understand basic telecom/internet products.
• Be target-oriented and results-driven.
• Have good negotiation and customer relationship skills.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
