Hotel Capitol is a modern and contemporary hotel that offers not only luxury but comfort at its best. The three-star hotel is strategically located at the heart of Omole Phase 1, making it easily accessible with excellent road networks to other parts of the mainland and the city of Lagos as a whole. The 32-room Hotel offers tastefully furnished deluxe executive and super executive rooms as well as one- and two-bedroom luxury suites.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Location: Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team at hotel capitol.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
Manage reservations and booking systems.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND /BSc with 1-2 years experience.
Previous experience in hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (knowledge of hotel booking systems is a plus).
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Must have completed NYSC.
Proximity to work location (Ogba, Agege, Ojota, Ketu, Ojodu Berger, Akute, Ikeja) axis.
